CGFNS expands Customer Care initiatives
We have listened to your feedback and as a result, we are pleased to announce that we are expanding our Customer Care Center hours.
Beginning on Monday, 21 November 2011, CGFNS International will once again be available to provide you with Customer Care between the hours of 8am and 4pm, Monday through Friday, Eastern Time in the United States. This significantly expands our window for communicating with you and we will strive to answer your question or address your concern the first time you contact us.
In addition, we have expanded the times available for you to schedule face-to-face appointments in our Philadelphia office. You are now able to schedule in-person appointments Monday through Friday between the hours of 10am and 2pm Eastern time in the United States.
