Payment questions
The applicant is responsible for payment unless an arrangement has been otherwise made with a recruiter, employer or attorney. Fees can be paid by an international money order, certified bank check (in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank and made payable to CGFNS) or by a Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card.

Send one of the following to CGFNS, Suite 400, 3600 Market Street, Philadelphia PA 19104, USA: a completed Credit Card Payment Form from www.cgfns.org/sections/apply/forms.shtml, or an international money order or a certified bank check, made payable to CGFNS. Please include your CGFNS ID number, if already assigned. All payments must be in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank. Personal checks are not acceptable and do not send cash.

Yes. However, we will not process your application until we receive full payment.
We have a no-refund policy. When a refund is due to a CGFNS error, consideration will be given on a case-by-case basis.

If you are applying to a state that requires the CGFNS Language Report (an English proficiency report included with CES Report for select State Boards of Nursing), there is an additional fee to prepare an English language proficiency report regarding your status. If you are not English-exempt, you will need to take the English exam and have the scores sent to CGFNS so that we can include it with your CES Report.
