Credential Verification Service (CVS)
for New York State statistical data

The New York State Education Department requires that internationally educated registered nurses, practical nurses, physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants obtain independent verification of the authenticity of their credentials from a State Education Department approved credentials verification service. CGFNS is authorized to verify the credentials of internationally educated health care professionals for New York State.
